Missouri Man Claims He Shot a Dogman at Illinois Cahokia Mounds

There are many legends about what is buried at the Cahokia Mounds in Illinois. One Missouri man claims that something strange exists there that isn't buried as he says he shot a strange creature that was following him there.

There's a compelling new interview that's just been shared by Missouri YouTube channel Sasquatch Theory. They spoke with Josh who's from the St. Louis area who says he had an encounter with a bizarre creature that did not end well for whatever it was that was tailing him.

The strange creature that Josh came upon happened when he was at the Cahokia Mounds in Illinois training. That's when he knew something was very wrong.

Josh - "We got out of sight of our trainer...I got overwhelmed with this smell...like death...it was literally just death..."

Josh alerted his trainer that something was wrong and help arrived almost immediately.

Josh - "I could see something...I could see a shadow moving, but it wasn't moving very fast...I just pulled a gun out because...what are we running from?...I saw a hand start to pull the foliage...it kind of looked like...Sabertooth's hands...I shot it...I didn't know what else to do".

Josh and his team sprinted back to the vehicle they used to travel to the Cahokia Mounds. It was then that he heard a bone-chilling scream...

"I heard this...it let out this...bear...woman...being gutted sound".
