Missouri Man Chasing Deer Stumbles on Something Massive

There are few things in Missouri more exciting than being in the backcountry on a deer hunt. For one man in Missouri, that adventure took a sinister turn when his attempt to locate deer led him to something much more massive and threatening.

This strange encounter happened in the Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri

Mark shared what happened to him when he and his friends were out on a deer drive to Missouri YouTube channel Sasquatch Theory. He had planned to drive a herd of deer towards his friends. He did find deer, but also found something very unexpected and terrifying, too.

Mark - "I heard a rustling behind me and I turned around...here's this thing standing up eye-to-eye with me...it was...it's chest was about 4 foot wide...cold black eyes...I could nearly touch it with my gun barrel...I was that close to it".

Mark had no idea what he was dealing with. After feeling like he was frozen in time, the creature fled away from him. He said it was so huge, it looked almost as large as a truck heading off into the woods. Mark and his friends were so traumatized by the encounter that they became sick. He went on to share that he's had PTSD for years as he's still unsure of exactly what kind of creature he had come across. It's affected his other memories and his friends, too.
