
Missouri Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive Captured by the FBI
He's been on the run from the law for nearly 3 years, but he is free no more. A Missouri man, who was one of the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitives, has been located and captured by federal agents.
If you're not family with Donald Eugene Fields II, the FBI has been looking for him for nearly 3 years. He was wanted for wanted for the alleged sex trafficking of at least one child in Missouri between 2013 and 2017. He failed to show up for a hearing in March of 2022 and was eventually placed on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List.
Good news to pass along. FBI St. Louis Special Agent in Charge Ashley Johnson announced in a press release that Donald Eugene Fields II was captured. He was located during a routine traffic stop on January 25, 2025 in a part of Florida northwest of the Orlando area known as Lady Lake. Their officer was commended for quick action and understanding the type of suspect who had just been caught.
Mr. Fields is charged with some very serious state and federal offenses including one count of child sex trafficking plus statutory rape, statutory sodomy, child molestation, and witness tampering in Franklin County Circuit Court in Missouri.
The press release from the FBI says he will make his first court appearance in a federal court in Florida.
