Missouri Outrage Grows Over Corn Dogs With Wood Pieces

One of the most popular corn dogs in Missouri is now under an urgent recall after injuries were reported due to wood chips present in the batter.

The USDA says that there may be as much as 59,000,000 pounds of corn dogs on a stick that are affected by this massive recall. They say that Hillshire Brands Company is voluntarily recalling select State Fair Corn Dogs on a Stick and Jimmy Dean Pancakes & Sausage on a Stick. The government authorities say that they became aware of the issue when complaints were reported that included at least 5 injuries that are known of. the product list of recalled corn dogs is massive.
