If you doubt that nature has the ability to get loud, you need to watch and listen to this. It's a Missouri bull elk who's currently in rut and quite happy to remind you he's the boss as he screams his lungs out on a new video share.

I saw this wonderful video share by Robert Olsheske on YouTube today. It's a Missouri bull elk that I believe is one of the residents of Lone Elk Park in St. Louis. Pro Tip - Make sure your sound is turned on and up for this.

Robert captured another video of a bull elk checking out his herd. If you're not familiar with elk during the rut, the males look at everyone and everything as a potential competitor and they're quite vocal about their dominance.

Finally, here's another close up of another bull elk testing your ear drums for their limits with his seemingly unlimited vocal ability.

If you haven't taken the time to visit Lone Elk Park in St. Louis, you're missing out. It's one of the few places in Missouri where you can see bull elk. Just make sure you're prepared to be yelled at.
