Do you have Michael Jackson-like dance moves? If you can answer yes to that question, there's a show in Branson, Missouri that is looking for you, maybe.

Considering the fact that it has been proven that I am a rhythmless void, perhaps I'm the wrong messenger for this great opportunity for those with mad dance skills. I found more details on Backstage about what this Branson, Missouri opportunity is and it's kind of a big deal. It says "Seeking high-level male dancers for the award-winning recreation of Michael Jackson’s 1992 Dangerous World Tour with "MJ The Illusion.".  Get this. The roles pay up to $26,000! Now you have my undivided attention.

Here are more details about what the casting director is looking for directly from Backstage:

"Dancers portray specific original cast members from the tour, matching their placement, freestyle energy, personality, and performance style. Strong jazz, hip hop, popping/locking, and freestyle required."

Did I mention that roles pay up to $26,000? If you're a dancer and you think your skills are up to a Michael Jackson level, you don't have much time to apply. The Backstage listing says January 3, 2025 is the deadline. I think rehearsals may have already started. You can find out more about MJ the Illusion in Branson, Missouri on Backstage.
