September 1986: Journey’s Final Missouri Concert with Steve Perry

No one that was at that Kansas City, Missouri concert knew how historic it would end up being. It's been nearly 40 years since Journey performed their last concert in Missouri with Steve Perry and there are new memories of that night.

It was September 22, 1986 when Journey performed at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri.

When the Raised on Radio tour wrapped in Anchorage, Alaska on February 1, 1987, Steve Perry performed his last tour concert with Journey - ever. He would reunite with the band for one show in 1991 for the Bill Graham memorial, but his time as a member of Journey would be over.
