John Wood Community College Board Freezes Tuition

Students at John Wood Community College will not see an increase in tuition for the coming academic year.

In a virtual meeting Wednesday, the JWCC Board of Trustees voted to freeze tuition rates for the 2020-21 school year.

This will make the fourth year John Wood has held the line on its base tuition rate for students.

The tuition freeze applies to the per credit hour rates for in-district, out-of-district and online instruction.

JWCC President Mike Elbe told the board that, especially in this season of COVID-19, it continues to be important for John Wood to provide accessible education at an exceptional value.
