Is the Nation Ready for Missouri Ice Cream?
When you have something special do you keep it to yourself, or do you let everyone else in on it? Depends on what it is. In this case it’s a Missouri neighborhood ice cream shop that is ready to grow.

Betty Rae’s Ice Cream from Kansas City, with a handful of locations in the metro area (the original on Wornall Rd.) and also one in Omaha, Nebraska with eyes on expanding in all directions.
They have eyes on Wichita, St. Louis, Bentonville, Ark. Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and Nashville. Not just to have a lone presence in those locations, but to have several. They envision franchisees opening up multiple shops in each city.
When you say Kansas City Ice Cream you probably default to Belfonte. Completely fair, but Betty Rae’s is taking a different approach to expanding their brand. Where Belfonte makes its product available at many stores, Betty Rae’s wants you to experience their ice cream immersively in Betty Rae's Shops.
With offerings like Gooey Butter Cake (are you paying attention St. Louis?), Lavender Honey (!!!), Goat Cheese Apricots & Candied Walnuts and other creative and classic flavors Betty Rae’s can find a place in the populace’s sweets conscience.
