For 2025 Goose Island serves up their Original Bourbon Stout aged in Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill barrels for 12 months. Also, this year you can experience the Cherries Jubilee Stout finished in cognac barrels and blended with Montmorency cherries, citrus and panela. Don't miss the opportunity to grab a bottle (or more) of the Chocolate Praline Stout that is layered with cocoa nibs, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and dates.

The Proprietor’s Stout was finished with pistachios, walnuts, honey and cassia bark to create a baclava like experience.The Double Barrel Stout was aged in -yes two sets- of Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond barrels. The Double Barrel Stout is to no surprise, the most Bourbon influenced release. Finally. This year Goose Island brings forth The Reserve Stout, that rested for two years in Parker Beam’s Heritage Collection Whiskey Barrels. Find out why it’s worth the wait.
