Yelp has an article on their website called The 25 Most Unique Donuts in the U.S. and Canada, and two of the donuts on the list live here in Missouri. The donuts from Missouri on the list are the Mochi Donut Holes at the Blackhole Bakery in Kansas City and The Samoa at the Vincent Van Doughnut in St. Louis. Why do these donuts belong on the most unique list?

On the site, they say this about the Mochi Donut Holes...

"The mochi donut holes at Blackhole Bakery come in a wide variety of flavors. You can try peanut butter, sour plum, pumpkin spice, and Earl Grey among others."

And they say this about The Samoa...

"We can’t get enough girl scout cookies, so this creative super-sized version gets our merit badge."

Some of the other places on the list include The Donut Cafe in Queens, New York, The Salty in Miami, and Cloudy Donut in Baltimore, to see the full list for yourself click here!

I personally have just added Vincent Van Doughnut to my list of must-try places in St. Louis ASAP, The Samoa sounds delicious but their menu also includes things like the New York Cheesecake donut, and the Turtle donut, check out the full menu by clicking here!
