One of two things will happen if you leave any kind of beverage can in your car/truck/SUV when temps dip below zero. If they're open, they'll freeze hard. If they're sealed, they'll likely explode. It will at best leave a mess and at worst crack glass if it explodes in the wrong direction.

A laptop will not survive long if left in a vehicle when temperatures are near or below zero. The motherboard of a laptop is a fragile thing and any freezing of components or condensation when trying to thaw can destroy them fast. It can also crack the laptop screen.
