It may still be a tad warm outside, and the kids are technically on summer vacation, but it’s never too early to start buying decorations for Halloween & Christmas, in my opinion anyway.

Every weekend I look for decorations for fall, Halloween, and of course my favorite, Christmas. There are a few stores in town gearing up for the upcoming holiday seasons and I am loving it. I think we need something to look forward too since this year has been, well challenging to say the least.

I have bought so many new fall decor and Christmas decorations I can't wait to start using them. Right now, they are just waiting, but you know when you see something in the store and think, "oh I will just wait on that," and then you go back and its gone. Yup, I’m not taking that chance this year. I’m even thinking about putting up a Halloween tree, and then converting it to a Thanksgiving tree, and then Christmas tree. I paid enough for the tree, might as well use it as much use out of it as I can throughout the year.

So, in my opinion, no it’s not too early to start getting ready for the fun holidays. We all need something to smile about, and if shopping for holiday decorations make you happy then go for it,  we all may go broke buying all these decorations. I might need a second job to support my habit, but it would be totally worth it.
