According to official statistics released by the FBI, bank robberies are in decline. Why would that be? Experts say that banks have less cash now and that most crime has now moved online where financial data is stolen through cybercrime. You also have to factor in the reality that many brick and mortar banks have closed as customers now do a majority of their banking online, too.
