Not many people or places can claim perfection about anything. But, when it comes to hospitals, there are 19 Wisconsin medical centers that just received the best grade you can get when it comes to patient safety.

What makes a Wisconsin hospital safe? The new updated rankings from Hospital Safety Grade likely don't address the kind of safety you might be thinking about. The safety issues they keep track of involve how sanitary hospitals are in regards to infections of all types including those of the blood, MRSA and infection incidents pre and post surgery. If you or a family member have ever had to deal with an infection of these types, you understand how challenging it can be to recover.

All that being said, here are the only 19 Wisconsin hospitals that received a perfect A grade for patient safety.
