The Ramp Park opened in 2005. The facility features below grade concrete bowls with 6 feet drop-ins, banks, spines, rollers, a hubba ledge, grind block, extensions and a hand rail. Hannibal Parks & Recreation supervisor Mary Lynne Richards said the Ramp Park is a vital facility in the Hannibal parks system. “The Ramp Park provides a place for physical activity for kids who may not be interested in traditional team sports. It provides a safe and challenging place for athletes of all levels to develop their skills.”
