Hannibal Churches Holding a Good Friday Interactive Prayer Walk

In keeping with the spirit of Easter, Hannibal churches will be taking part in a Good Friday Interactive Prayer Walk.  Churches all over the country host similar events to bring the experience of the journey Christ took leading up to his crucifixion.  All denominations participate.

The walk starts at noon this Friday, April 19 in Hannibal at St. John's Lutheran Church.  Participants can either walk the entire route or just join at the churches in stops along the way. Listed below are the times and churches involved.

Noon at  St. John's Lutheran Church, The Word of Forgiveness

12:30 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church, The Word of Assurance

12:55 pm at First Christian Church, The Word of Comfort

1:20 pm at First United Methodist Church, The Word of Desolation

1:50 pm at Eighth and Center Street Baptist Church, The Word of Suffering

2:15 pm at First Presbyterian Church, The Word of Triumph

2:40 pm at Trinity Episcopal Church, The Word of Committal

3:00 pm, refreshments and fellowship at Trinity Episcopal
