Friendly Competition This Weekend For Charity

There will be a friendly competition this weekend with all proceeds going to local charities in the area.

Members of the Quincy Police Department, The Quincy Fire Department, and EMS will be working for tips this Saturday night at the Hy-Vee on Harrison Market Grille Express from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. At the end of the night, whichever department has the most tips will get to donate that money to the charity of their choice. The winners will also have their vehicles washed by the other two departments.

The members of all departments will be filling drinks, bussing tables, and interacting with the customers.

I have done this in the past and it is so much fun to talk with the customers and raise money for a great cause.
