A Wily Thief is Swiping Balls from a Missouri Golf Course
I really try hard not to stereotype, but this Missouri crime nearly solved itself. A wily thief was caught swiping balls from a Missouri golf course and there's photographic evidence to prove my theory of who the culprit is.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office shared an interesting crime story on their Facebook page this week involving the mystery of why golf balls were disappearing on an area course.

As the Humane Society of America mentions, foxes aren't normally dangerous to humans or your pets, but they don't rule out golf balls as being a target. They also have a history of being guilty of this crime, too.
Credit to the Crystal Highlands Golf Course in Missouri for having a sense of humor about the theft of their golf balls. There are worse problems in life to have than dealing with the loss of golf balls to nature.
