Every one of us knows someone who does wonderful things for other people and prefers no recognition for their efforts. That is the exact person the Quincy Exchange Club is looking for to be their 67th winner of the Golden Deeds Award in May.

Every year for the past 66 years the Quincy Exchange Club has recognized an outstanding individual in the community by presenting them the Book of Golden Deeds Award. Those past recipients have all made a positive impact on the lives of people in the area.

The Quincy Exchange Club is looking for nominations of deserving people to receive the 67th Book of Golden Deeds at a luncheon to be held on May 10 at the Elks Lodge in Quincy. The content of each book has the letters from people who have submitted written support of their nominee. Nominees may be anyone who has made Quincy a better place to live and work.

Nomination letters may be submitted by letter to: Golden Deeds Award, P.O. Box 1163, Quincy, Illinois 62306 or by email to the Chairman of the event, Cullen Duke, at www.dcd@klingner.com.

All nominations must include the nominator's name as well. The nominations will be accepted by the Exchange Club through April 5, 2019.
