Report Claims Missouri Facility Closing – 77 Out of Work in May

There is a notice submitted to the state of Missouri that indicates a facility will be closing soon with 77 out of work by early May.

In a WARN notice just published on the state of Missouri jobs site today, the report shows a facility in Earth City, Missouri is closing. It states that Legacy Pharmaceuticals Solutions in Earth City, Missouri will be closing which will result in 77 being out of work effective May 4, 2025.

This seems to be confirmed by an auction listed by Heritage Global Partners which indicates many equipment and office materials from Legacy Pharmaceuticals Solutions will be auctioned beginning on April 30, 2025 concluding May 1, 2025.

Please note this is just a WARN notice submitted to Missouri and there is no press release from the company confirming this closure at this time. It is possible that this is a restructuring with workers being allowed transfer to a different location.

If the company releases a statement and/or update, I'll update this report with their clarification about this notice to the state about jobs being cut.
