If you've lived in Missouri long enough, you know that sometimes things just happen that would be unusual anywhere else, but really aren't that atypical in the Show Me State. This is a great example. It's a fun video moment when a hungry deer was spotted looking for munchies in a Missouri dollar store.

Now This on YouTube just shared this short video which doesn't mention the specific dollar store, but only that it happened in Missouri. If the video isn't showing up on your device, you can watch it here.

Based on my deer in a Missouri dollar store research, this moment was captured on January 19, 2022 by Cynthia E. Gallagher. The comments on the video share seem to indicate that the frightened deer safely exited the Missouri dollar store thanks to the kind guidance of the employees there.

I have not learned why or how the deer ended up in the Missouri dollar store in the first place, but she did seem interested in the chip aisle. Looking for some corn chips perhaps? We can only wonder.
