Illinois Doorbell Cam Reveals ‘Craft’ Over the Home for Hours

If you have a doorbell security camera, you know that sometimes you'll see something unusual appear on video captured by them. That was definitely the case for one Illinois family who learned there was some type of 'craft' that hovered over their home for hours during the overnight recently.

This unusual report from Cortland, Illinois was shared recently with the National UFO Reporting Center. Cortland is located just east of Dekalb, Illinois. Here are the exact words shared by the family who reported this strange sighting:

"My ring camera captures a strange light, which is seen behind a tree, then comes up behind a house and slowly starts ascending into the sky before disappearing. Start at 1:05am until ground 3:30am almost 4am."

The video they shared reveals this triangular light which appeared over their home and eventually ascended upward after hours overhead.

Normally, I would discount this a known aircraft or maybe even a satellite, but whatever this UAP is appears larger than either of those. The slow movement also rules out most known aircraft except for a drone or helicopter, but it's much larger than those, too.

By definition, this is an unknown aerial phenomena. What it is remains unsolved, but the truth is out there somewhere.
