3 Illinois Pizza Joints Suddenly Shutting Down at End of the Week

This is one of those pizza brands that I always associate with Illinois so it's surprising to see them closing locations, but that's the story for 3 places that will lock their doors at the end of this week.

It's important to note that no other Illinois locations of this famous pizza brand are going anywhere other than 3 that, according to a report just shared by WGN, will close their doors in just a few days.

It's true that Home Run Inn will close the following locations on Sunday, March 2, 2025:

Berwyn Pizzaria - 6825 W. Cermak Rd. Berwyn, IL 60402

Melrose Park Pizzaria - 820 West North Ave. Melrose Park, IL 60160

Bronzeville Pizzaria - 3401 S Martin Luther King Dr, Chicago, IL

These 3 locations will close this Sunday, but the company stated to WGN that they were turning their focus to flagship locations. Let's hope these are the only Illinois pizza locations that will decide to call it a day in 2025 as the world needs more pie for sure.
