One of FBI Chicago’s Original Most Wanted Just Captured

According to the FBI in Chicago, one of the city's original most wanted fugitives has been captured for his alleged role in a violent carjacking.

The FBI in Chicago just shared this update to their social media places today regarding the capture of Gary Luellen.

"CAPTURED: FBI Chicago and our fugitive Task Force Officers took Gary Luellen into custody this week. Luellen was an original member of the "Chicago Most Wanted" fugitive list following his alleged role in a violent carjacking in April 2023 in Chicago. As the FBI continues to surge resources to combat violent crime during Summer Heat 2.0, this capture exemplifies our efforts to make communities safer. The FBI and our law enforcement partners are committed to using all available investigative and prosecutorial resources to bring criminals to justice."
