Videos Show Massive Twister that Hit Cape Girardeau, Missouri

It has been another day when Missouri was hit by multiple tornadoes in many parts of the state. New videos show a massive twister that impacted Cape Girardeau, Missouri Wednesday.

According to NOAA's Storm Prediction Center, there were 9 tornado reports in Missouri today including 2 that hit the Cape Girardeau area. One of the tornadoes in Cape Girardeau was a PDS warned twister which means particularly dangerous situation. Many in that part of Missouri captured video of the storm.

Earlier Wednesday, another tornado was caught on video near Potosi, Missouri.

There have been at least 9 injuries from today's storms. It will take a few days for the National Weather Service to send out survey teams to determine the strength of the tornadoes that hit many Missouri places today.
