Hidden Abandoned Railroad Tunnel Under Kansas City, Missouri?

I have certain mottos that I follow that have done a good job of keeping me alive so far. One of them is to not go into dark abandoned railroad tunnels which is what one adventurer recently did near Kansas City, Missouri.

If you don't already, Red Vixen Adventures is a worthwhile follow on YouTube as she often seems to visit forgotten Missouri places. Since this is a YouTube short, there's not much backstory other than the hashtags indicate it's an abandoned railroad tunnel that "somewhere under Kansas City, Missouri".
