A Legendary Texas Burger Place Has Secretly Opened in Missouri

A burger brand that has gained much fame in Texas is about to officially open in Missouri, but the truth is they've already secretly unlocked their doors.

I saw this interesting development in Missouri burger consumption just shared by QSR Magazine. They say that the official unveiling of a Texas burger joint in Missouri is happening on Friday, March 14, 2025. However, if you stop by there now, you'll find their doors open already.

MOOYAH Burgers, Shakes and Fries is now open secretly at 2025 State Hwy K Suite 2027 in O'Fallon, Missouri. While their official grand opening isn't until March 14, they did a secret soft open starting just a few days ago on February 24, 2025.

I have never had the chance to try MOOYAH, but the Burger Hall of Dang has me intrigued. You had me at hello.

From what I hear, the new O'Fallon, Missouri location is celebrating with t-shirts and other items as they get ramped up for their official middle of March opening. If you'd like to get a jump on the crowds, you might just find their doors open now though. I'm always a big fan of as many burger options as we can jam into Missouri. The more the merrier.
