
5 Events to Check Out This Weekend in Quincy/Hannibal/Canton
With plenty of events scheduled throughout the area, there's no excuse to stay indoors this weekend. Her are a few of our favorite things to see and do this weekend:

-lvinst- 1QHS Octoberfest Parade & Field Show
The 22nd annual Quincy Senior High School Octoberfest Parade & Field Show Competition is Saturday, October 21st. The parade will start at 2 PM at 33rd & Maine and proceed to Flinn Stadium for the field competition at 5:00 PM. Admission for the field show is $6. All proceeds will go to the Quincy Public School music program.

Kurt Parsons 2Hannibal Folklife Festival
Saturday & Sunday, head to Hannibal for The 41st annual Hannibal Folklife Festival. There will be artists, drinks, food, music, and so much more. The event will take place Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM & Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM.

The crosstown rivals take to the field tonight with the QND v QHS football game at Flinn Stadium. Kickoff is at 7 PM.

The Canton Community Center is sponsoring a Chili Cook-Off & Harvest Fest. If you have what it takes and you want to put your chili up for a public vote, then this is the contest for you. There will be chili to sample, games, and more! For more information click here.

The 11th annual walk will take place in Washington Park Saturday morning. The walk helps raise funds for Blessing Breast Center Financial Assistance Program. For more information on the walk, click here.
