3rd Annual Smokin’ on the Lake KCBS BBQ Competition at Mark Twain Landing Resort

The 3rd Annual Smokin' on the Lake KCBS BBQ Competition is May 17 & 18 at Mark Twain Landing Resort.

I think I do a pretty good Barbecue, but I don't know if I am up to "competition" level. Luckily Mark Twain Landing Resort's Web page has information about signing up to compete, including a section on "How To Make The Jump From Backyard To Competition".
